The core team of Kornelius Consulting consists of managers and specialists, each with a proven successful track record in various aspects of investment management. The key personnel members are responsible for the supervision and strategic support of the portfolio enterprises, as well as for evaluation of new projects.
Mr. Sharon joined the company in 2003 as a Chairman of the Board and Head of Strategy after a long successful career in the public and private sector. From 2010 Mr. Sharon has been serving as President of the Board of Clariter Poland – cleantech company dealing with technology of processing plastics into high valuable petrochemical products. From 1997 until 2003 Mr. Sharon served as Vice President in Netia Telekom S.A. Poland’s largest alternative telecommunication provider, during his term in Netia Mr. Sharon was responsible for External and Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Affairs and Investment Relations. From between 1994 and 1997 Mr. Sharon being VP Foreign Investments of Dankner Investment Group, Israel’s leading Telco, Banking, Energy and Real Estate Investment Group. From 1989 to 1994 Mr. Sharon was commercial Attaché in Hungary and Poland for the State of Israel. Between 1977 and 1989 Mr. Sharon was Managing Director of Institute of Quality Control (IQC) and acting Director of Technology and Agriculture Department in the Israeli Ministry of Industry and Trade. Mr. Sharon graduated from Jerusalem University, and later at the Israeli Export Institute for management of Foreign Trade and International Relations.
Mr. Sharon is an active member of Israel- Poland Chamber of Commerce. His great engagement in promoting and creating business relations between Poland and Israel was rewarded with receiving the Knight`s Cross – Order of Merit from President of Poland in 2016.
Ran J. Sharon
Dr. Sharon is an entrepreneur who for the last fifteen years divides his professional activities between Poland, Hungary and Israel. Dr. Sharon founded Kornelius in 1997 and from that time he serves as Vice- President and CEO responsible for management and business development of the Group For the last 15 years Dr. Sharon led various ventures from concept stage through their successful rollouts and expansion. Dr. Sharon has served also as President and CEO of Clariter Group since 2005.
In 1999 as a part of Kornelius expansion he co-founded the IIF Group (originally, Internet Investment Fund), a holding and investment company comprised of five subsidiaries which in 2003 and 2004 successfully sold its key business assets to various institutional investors. As a managing partner in IIF he was responsible among others for IIF’s business development and international operations.
Prior to his activity in Kornelius and IIF Dr. Sharon was practicing Law in Europe and Israel. Dr. Sharon holds a doctoral degree in Jurisprudence and political science from ELTE University in Budapest. Dr. Sharon graduated also Harvard Business School. Dr. Sharon is a member of Young President Organization (YPO) and a founding Board Member of Warsaw Destination Alliance (WDA).
Member of the Board, CFO, Finances - International Trade
Mr. Sędzik joined Kornelius in 2006 as a CFO responsible for managing financial projects. Over the years Mr. Sędzik has been taking an active role in financial verification of all projects executed in Kornelius Consulting. Mr. Sędzik has been serving also as a professional financial consultant to Kornelius` clients. He successfully completed number of projects over the last 10 years. From 2006 Mr. Sędzik serves also as a Financial Director of Clariter Group. In 2008 Mr. Sędzik became a Member of the Board of Kornelius Consulting.
In 1988 Mr. Sędzik graduated Finances from the University of Economy in Poznań.
Member of the Board, Director of Operations
Mr. Karbowy joined Kornelius Consulting in 2004 as a Project Manager responsible for managing engineering projects in a field of Fire Protection, Health and Safety and Civil Engineering. He successfully completed number of projects over the last 12 years. In 2008 Mr. Karbowy became a Member of the Board and Director of Operations responsible for investment projects of the Group. Mr. Karbowy also brings to the company experience in defense and governmental projects. From 2006 Mr. Karbowy serves also as a Director of Operations and Management Board Member of Clariter Poland.
In 2004 Mr. Karbowy graduated Fire Protection Engineering from Fire Service Academy.
Member of the Board, HR & Administration Director
Mrs. Pasikowska joined Kornelius Consulting in 2004 as a Project Manager responsible for HR projects. Mrs. Pasikowska has been serving as a professional HR consultant to Kornelius` clients. In 2006 Mrs. Pasikowska became HR & Administration Director responsible for internal HR and Administration of the Group as well as for HR projects realized by Kornelius Consulting. Mrs. Pasikowska successfully completed number of projects over the last 12 years. In 2015 Mrs. Pasikowska became a Member of the Board of Kornelius Consulting.
In 2005 Mrs. Pasikowska graduated International Economy from Warsaw School of Economics and in 2006 Human Resources Management from the same University.
