Kornelius Consulting is an entrepreneurial and solution facilitator capitalgroup.

Kornelius worked out specific system of work, based on the “star cycle”. Each project is supervised by a designated Project Manager who select his team from the people he or she needs. This system has produced excellent results for us over the recent years and is a very good way of maintaining project control and information flow at Kornelius.

Over the years Kornelius and Kornelius Consulting were involved in various entrepreneurial ventures ranging from NCD (New Conceptual Development) to management and execution.
We believe in high returns by efficiency of operations. The world is full of great ideas marred with poor execution. Our team want to excel in our execution of projects by dividing the activities into three distinct stages.

Concept stage

In this stage, the team defines the objectives of the project, plans the methods of its development, and examines all pertinent scenarios and solutions. The team also consider potential partners that can be interested in the particular activity and finally survey opinions of external experts about the concept. After the approval of the finalized concept by the Management Board, the team builds an initial business plan and project general assumptions and targets.

Project stage

Rollout stage

Projects that are predicted to be very successful are then moved into the “Rollout” stage. Our team establishes the appropriate vehicle and selects a management team. Kornelius input includes as well a general assistance in business development, strategy development, and international expansion. The team manage capital raising, as well as provide all kinds of financial and management services.

Kornelius team took crucial part in the creation and management of ventures such as Netia, Internet Investment Fund (IIF), Billbird, Power Media, eCenter, Clariter, Global Wind Energy Poland, Isuzu Poland and many more.
